David A Fein, MD

David A Fein, MD

Medical Director / CEO

Founder and Medical Director of the Princeton Longevity Center, Dr. David Fein has been a practicing physician with nearly 30 years of combined experience in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases and Chronic Disease Prevention. He has traveled extensively to research the latest in medical advances, technology and wellness tools to incorporate into his nationally recognized preventive medicine center.

Dr. Fein is a Founding Member of the Society for Cardiovascular CT and remains one of the few Internists in the world that are Board Certified in Cardiac CT. He is an expert lecturer on topics such as Radiation Reduction Techniques and Coronary Artery Calcium Scoring in the clinical setting and has taught and certified hundreds of physicians to become proficient in the field of Cardiac CT.

He has also been invited nationally and internationally to speak at leading conferences on Preventive Medicine and lectures extensively on topics in preventive medicine, executive health. lifestyle management, and more. Additionally, Dr. Fein has been involved in developing health-related legislation in New Jersey.

A graduate of Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, Dr. Fein received his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Dr. Fein completed his residency training at Bellevue Hospital – New York University Medical Center and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiac CT.

John Rumberger PhD MD FACC

John Rumberger PhD, MD, FACC

Director of Cardiac Imaging

Dr. Rumberger is recognized as one of the world’s leading authorities on cardiac and vascular imaging using CT Scanning. His notable credentials make him uniquely qualified to provide interpretation of Coronary CT Angiography.

Dr. Rumberger has been Professor of Medicine and Consultant in the Department of Cardiovascular Diseases at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. It was during this time that his reputation as a leader in the development and application of computed tomography of the heart was established. He has published extensively and continues to lecture and train other physicians in the United States, Europe, and Asia.

Dr. Rumberger received his doctorate in engineering from The Ohio State University in 1976 and graduated from the University Of Miami School Of Medicine in 1978. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at The Ohio State University Hospitals, and completed a cardiovascular diseases fellowship and early faculty development at the University of Iowa. Dr. Rumberger is currently Director of Cardiac Imaging and Lipid Management at PLC and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Diseases.

During his over 25 year career as a clinician, educator, and researcher, Dr. Rumberger has published nearly 500 scientific papers and book chapters. He has lectured worldwide on Cardiac CT, early disease diagnosis, and wellness. He is an Established Investigator of the American Heart Association and a Founding Member of the International Society of Atherosclerosis Imaging. Dr Rumberger is an active Reviewer for the Journal of the American Medical Association, Archives of Internal Medicine, publications of both the American Heart Association and American College of Cardiology, and the New England Journal of Medicine.

Daniel Karlsberg MD

Daniel Karlsberg, MD FACC

Associate Medical Director- NYC

Dr. Karlsberg is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) in both internal medicine and cardiovascular disease.  Additionally, he holds board certifications in comprehensive echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and cardiovascular CT.

Daniel Karlsberg was graduated from the University of California and received his doctorate with honors from Sackler School of Medicine, Tel Aviv University. He then completed residency in internal medicine at the University of Colorado, followed by fellowship in cardiology at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco.

Dr. Karlsberg is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and an active member of the American Society of Preventive Cardiology. As a preventive medicine physician, he has a special interest in the early diagnosis and management of cardiovascular disease, complex lipid disorders, and advanced cardiovascular imaging.  Throughout his medical training and career, Dr. Karlsberg has been deeply involved in cardiovascular CT research and teaching.  Dr. Karlsberg maintains ongoing clinical research with both the Cardiovascular Research Foundation and The Lundquist Institute & Harbor-UCLA Medical Center.

Dr. Karlsberg is deeply passionate and enthusiastic about the intersection of healthcare and technology to empower and educate for better outcomes. He is honored to be part of the team at Princeton Longevity Center as Associate Medical Director where he maintains a practice that strives to improve health via prevention, early detection, and exceptional follow up.  His sole goal is to work with you to create optimal health and wellness that are tailored to your needs.

Charles Paolino, DO

Internal Medicine- Shelton, CT

Dr. Paolino has been practicing Internal Medicine since 2000. He graduated from Nova Southeastern University with Honors and completed his Internal Medicine residency at St. Vincent’s Medical Center of New York City.

He is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the medicine department of NYU Langone Medical Center. He had received the Patients’ Choice Award and has served as a consultant to the New York Rangers hockey team. He is also certified as a specialist by the American Academy of HIV Medicine.

He is extremely experienced in both primary care medicine with a special interest in both preventative medicine and sports related injuries.

Sheila Chen, MD

Internal Medicine- Fairfax VA

Dr. Chen is board certified in Internal Medicine. She did her undergraduate training at MIT. She attended St. George’s University School of Medicine and completed her internship and residency at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ. She has been in practice for over 10 years, and in addition to providing quality preventive care at Princeton Longevity Center, she is the founder of Dimensions Direct Primary Care.

Dr Chen’s focus is to provide quality care at all stages of life.  In addition to her role in primary care, she also serves as medical director of Heartland Hospice in Northern Virginia.

For Dr. Chen, medicine is not only a career, but a passion. She believes in a personalized approach, and strives to be the kind of physician patients can feel comfortable talking to. She is committed to providing the highest quality of care and treatment to her patients, and places special emphasis on overall health and wellness, preventive care and patient education.

Ajay Choudhri, MD

Radiologist

Dr. Choudhri received his MD degree from the New Jersey Medical School, UMDNJ, Newark. His residency in Radiology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Montefiore Medical Center, was followed by a fellowship in Interventional Radiology at the Miami Cardiac and Vascular Institute. He previously served as Chief, Interventional Radiology at Jackson South Hospital in Miami. He is board certified in Radiology by the ABR.

Dr Choudri specializes in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at Capital Health System in Hopewell, NJ.

Yaakov Applbaum

Yaakov Applbaum, MD

Radiologist

Dr Applbaum is Medical Director and Acting Chairman of the Department of Radiology at Capital Health System.

Dr. Applbaum received his MD degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. His residency in Radiology at Maimonides Medical Center was followed by a fellowship in Interventional Radiology at the University of California at Irvine Medical Center. He previously served as Chief, Vascular and Interventional Radiology, at Staten Island University Hospital. He is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology, with Certificates of Added Qualification in both Interventional Radiology and Neuroradiology, by the American Board of Radiology (ABR.)

McPartland RD

Karen McPartland, RDN

Registered Dietitian- Princeton, NJ

Karen McPartland, RDN is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 17 years of experience in the field of dietetics.

Karen graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nutrition. Karen earned a Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management from the Commission on Dietetic Registration and recently became a Certified Leap Therapist to better help those with food sensitivities. She is currently enrolled in the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy (IFNA) where she is studying to become an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner.

Karen started her career in public health developing and presenting health education programs for schools, community organizations and corporations.

For the past 14 years, she has worked at Princeton Longevity Center where she provides medical nutrition therapy to help in treating a variety of health conditions, develops personalized weight management strategies and works with clients to create realistic, sustainable, nutrition-related goals to support overall health.

Barbara Bacal RDN

Barbara Bacal, RDN

Registered Dietitian- Shelton, CT

Barbara Bacal is a Registered Dietitian with over 25 years of experience. She is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics.

Prior to joining Princeton Longevity Center, Barbara worked for many years as a Clinical Dietitian at the Milford Campus of Bridgeport Hospital, assessing and instructing patients with a wide variety of medical conditions including heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. She has also worked in a medically-supervised weight loss office where she coached individuals through weight loss programs.

Barbara has taught weight loss classes on a military base and has conducted a 16 week course for people with pre-diabetes looking to prevent developing diabetes. Through community outreach programs, she has educated groups ranging from elementary school children to senior citizens about nutrition and health. Barbara has provided her expertise at health fairs and is on the Board of the Orange Visiting Nurse Association as a consultant dietitian.

Barbara loves to help people learn more about food and good nutrition. Her philosophy is that there is no such thing as a one size fits all, or “best”, diet.  She focuses her instruction on each individual’s specific needs, using this information to create a meal plan tailored to their lifestyle. Her goal is to help each patient feel their best.

In her free time, Barbara is an avid baker who loves to experiment with new recipes and ingredients. She often uses her fellow PLC colleagues as tasters for her confectionary creations! When she’s not focusing on nutrition, you will find Barbara either on a spin bike or in the studio welding metal sculptures.

Alexa Essenfeld MS RD

Alexa Essenfeld MS, RD

Registered DIetitian- Princeton, NJ

Alexa Essenfeld is a Registered Dietitian with years of experience educating and encouraging others about the importance of nutrition and wellness. Alexa graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in dietetics and then went on to pursue her masters and dietetic internship at the College of Saint Elizabeth.

Prior to coming to PLC, Alexa was the campus dietitian at a local university where she helped manage the dietary needs of those with food allergies. While at the university, Alexa also created unique vegan, gluten free and allergen free menus for the entire campus. Alexa also has experience counseling professional and Division 1 athletes on adopting sports performance diets. When working with clients, Alexa takes time to understand individual barriers and helps people discover how they can make improvements (big or small) to become the healthier person they aspire to be. Alexa has been affiliated with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the NJ Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics for over 8 years.

Elli Kmiec, MBA, RDN

Registered Dietitian- NYC

Elli Kmiec is a Registered Dietitian at Princeton Longevity Center’s Flagship office in Downtown Manhattan. She is a graduate from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics degree with a concentration in Sports Nutrition. She was a research assistant in several studies, investigating proper fueling methods on the body composition of Division II NCAA athletes during her time at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. She is also earned her Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Health Care Management from Dominican University while simultaneously completing her dietetic supervised practice hours across the Greater Chicago region.

Prior to joining PLC, Elli was an inpatient acute care Dietitian in Brooklyn, NY. She also started her sports dietetic practice experience as an RD with Tone House in Manhattan, NY working towards the Board-Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics certification. Through education and professional practice Elli has gained experience counseling professional and collegiate athletes, as well as those with disordered eating patterns, and those with various chronic conditions like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and kidney disease.

Elli’s nutrition areas of interest include cardiovascular health, mindful-based eating practices, and the brain-gut connection. Her professional goal as a Registered Dietitian is to aide our nation’s service members and veteran’s in making healthier lifestyle choices while transitioning to retirement in order to prevent early onset of cardiovascular disease.

Sandra Gollogly, RDN

Registered Dietitian- Fairfax, VA

Sandra Gollogly is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist at Princeton Longevity Center’s Fairfax, Virginia office.

Sandra graduated from the State University of New York with a Bachelor of Science Degree in General Management & Clinical Dietetics. She also completed a dietetic internship from Perth Amboy Medical Center, in New Jersey with a Clinical and Management focus. In 2011, Sandra received her Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

Sandra believes in the importance of empowering and motivating her clients to meet their health goals. She takes a holistic approach by recommending small tweaks, and shifts to food choices and routines. She partners with clients to identify strategies to overcome obstacles, with the ultimate goal of client health and happiness.

Most recently, Sandra has worked at a Rehabilitation and Health Care Center caring for residents and families with a wide range of health concerns such as diabetes, cardiac health, cancer, wound healing, and weight management. She has also provided outpatient and inpatient medical nutritional counseling, and wrote and taught a nutrition program curriculum for youth. Sandra has been affiliated with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics for over 25 years.

In the warm weather you can often find Sandra working in her vegetable garden and experimenting with new plant varieties. (Ask her about her trial run with brussel sprouts!) Year round you can find her hiking in Virginia, or entertaining family and friends!  She loves to cook and modify recipes to be healthier; but she will never sacrifice taste!

Spinelli RD

Mallory Spinelli, RD

Registered Dietitian- Fairfax, VA

Mallory Spinelli is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist located at Princeton Longevity Center’s Fairfax, VA location.

Mallory graduated from the San Diego State University with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Foods & Nutrition.  She then attended the Cedar Crest College and completed her Dietetic Internship with a focus on community nutrition and counseling.

Mallory has been in practice for 5 years, and in addition to her employment with Princeton Longevity Center, she provides contract dietitian services to various Long Term Care & Rehabilitation facilities throughout Northern Virginia.

In her free time, Mallory enjoys traveling and exploring new cities and cuisine with her husband, Paul. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family, running and preparing fresh & healthy meals at home.

Ciullo RD

Nicole Ciullo RD, LDN

Registered Dietitian- Princeton, NJ

Nicole Ciullo, RD, LDN, is a registered and licensed dietitian with 15+ years of experience in the field of dietetics.

Nicole graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2001 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nutrition.  In 2012, Nicole also received her Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management from the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She is currently enrolled in IFNA and is studying to become an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner.

Throughout her career, Nicole has worked with infants, adolescents, adults, and the geriatric population in an effort to promote optimal nutritional health at all ages.  As a young girl growing up in South Jersey, Nicole struggled with her own weight and realized during her teenage years that proper diet and exercise were key in attaining a healthy weight and being fit. It was because of her own journey that Nicole decided to major in Nutrition with the hopes of helping others in the future.

Nicole is passionate about nutrition because she knows the difference it can make, not just in one’s overall health, but also improving self-esteem and a positive outlook on life.   She believes “you are what you eat” and with proper guidance, she can help you achieve your nutrition goals.

Currently, Nicole provides individual nutrition counseling sessions to those seeking assistance with weight management and all aspects of medical nutrition therapy.

Marisa Creatura

Marisa Creatura MS, RD, CDN

Marisa is a graduate from the University of Connecticut with her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Master of Science in Health Promotion.

Marisa is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Sports, Cardiovascular, and Wellness Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group, Thirty and Under in Nutrition and Dietetic Practice Group, Connecticut Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and the Center for Mindful Eating.

Prior to joining Princeton Longevity Center, Marisa worked as an inpatient Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Dietitian, as well as in medically-supervised weight loss, and outpatient counseling, with a focus on weight management and eating disorders. She also worked as a research assistant on several studies investigating the Mediterranean diet and cardiovascular disease.

Marisa’s nutrition areas of interest are cardiovascular health, the Mediterranean Diet, and mindfulness-based eating practices. She is an advocate for realistic, non-restrictive dietary habits that anyone can incorporate in their day to day life. Her goal is to give individuals the tools they need to form healthy habits to optimize your health and quality of life.

Harry Pino PhD, EPC, CSCS, TPI

Manager, Exercise Physiology- NYC

Dr. Pino joins Princeton Longevity Center as the Manager for Exercise Physiology and is board certified in Exercise Physiology with the American Society of Exercise Physiology and the American College of Sports Medicine. As a graduate of Indiana and Pacific Western University with post graduate training at Florida Hospital, Dr. Pino is also the founder of the sports performance lab VO2max Medical, LLC and is an adjunct assistant clinical professor at Tufts University, School of Medicine.

Dr. Pino is regarded as one of the leading authorities on sports performance testing, health and fitness and healthy weight loss in the United States. He is has consulted for both the Puerto Rican and Japanese Olympic Team and is the immediate past president for the Massachusetts Association of Clinical Exercise Physiologists. Dr. Pino is a former Director of the Clinical Exercise Physiology Program at Tufts Medical Center and has also served as the Senior Clinical Exercise Physiologist for the Center for Musculoskeletal Care Sports Performance Center at NYU Medical Center Langone, as the Medical Director for the Center for Preventive Medicine in NYC, as a Consultant for Next Level Physio Sports Performance and Physical Therapy Center, as a Clinical Integration Director for Celebration Health at Florida Hospital, and as a member on the Board of Directors for the Greater New York American College of Sports Medicine Chapter.

In addition to these accomplishments, Dr. Pino’s work has been featured on The Today Show, Good Morning America, PBS, CBS and CNN and in a variety of print media including the New York Times, New York Times Magazine, LA Times, Wall Street Journal, Shape, Men’s Health and more. Dr. Pino contributes to Sirius XM Doctor Radio and lectures on topics including exercise prescription for sports performance and chronic diseases. He was named one of the 100 Most Influential People in Central Florida for his work at the Rippe Health Assessment at Celebration.

Adolfo Rivera, MA, CSCS

Exercise Physiologist- Princeton, NJ

Adolfo Rivera has over 13 years of experience in the Health and Wellness field. He received his MA in Health Education and Promotion from East Carolina University and received his BS in Exercise Science with a concentration in Physical Therapy from Manhattan College. Additionally, he holds the NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, and USA Weightlifting certifications.

Adolfo has over a decade of experience working as a Strength & Conditioning Coach and Health & Wellness Coach. His career has included working with both geriatric and youth populations, as well as working with professional, Olympic, and elite-level athletes at the Division 1 and Professional levels at places like the University of Florida and the University of North Carolina. Throughout these positions, he was responsible for needs assessments, strategic planning, program development, direct training and much more. He tailored programs to meet the complex and specific needs of a wide variety of individuals.

Prior to joining PLC, Adolfo also spent nearly three years abroad working with a range of non-governmental humanitarian groups focusing on a variety of public health issues including HIV/AIDS prevention, drug and alcohol abuse prevention, health education, sex education, women’s empowerment, gender-based violence prevention, cultural preservation, refugee health, mental health, child safety, and more.

 Adolfo has dedicated his personal and professional life to improving the health and wellbeing of both individuals and wider communities. From helping elderly gain confidence to walk independently down the halls of their retirement home to preparing D1 athletes for professional tryouts, Adolfo takes pride in his thorough understanding of health, fitness, and wellbeing, and his ability to adapt and apply it for any individual’s needs or circumstances.

Lou Degnan

Louis Degnan M.S, CPT, NSCA TSAC-F

Exercise Physiologist- Princeton, NJ

Louis Degnan, M.S., is a National Strength & Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer and a National Strength & Conditioning Association Tactical Strength & Conditioning Facilitator

Prior to joining The Princeton Longevity Center, Louis was a Wellness Coordinator at a United Methodist Homes in his hometown of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. He also worked as a Personal Trainer, EKG/Telemetry Technician, and Physical Therapy Aide both during and upon completion of his graduate coursework.

Louis received his Bachelor’s from East Stroudsburg University and his Master’s Degree from Bloomsburg University, both in Exercise Science. With his education and experience, Louis’ career goal is to make himself and expert in preventive medicine throughout the lifespan. Louis has experience in working with adults of all ages and recreationally active populations in physical therapy clinics, hospitals, commercial gyms, and group settings.

In his spare time, Louis is a self-proclaimed “comic book nerd”. He attends various comic book conventions annually and passionately incorporates healthy lifestyle and fitness habits to look the super-hero part in costume.

Pamela Olszyk, MS

Exercise Physiologist- Shelton, CT

Pamela Olszyk graduated from University of Hartford with a Bachelor’s of Science in health sciences and pre physical therapy.  She continued her education by earning a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Human Performance from Southern Connecticut State University (SCSU).  She was a graduate lab assistant working with athletes and general public at SCSU and conducted testing and research including indirect calorimetry (RMR & VO2 max), Wingate testing, isokinetic dynamometry, and body composition (skinfold & hydrostatic weighing). She completed her Master’s thesis on “The Effects of gender, neuromotor & balance training on peak torque, muscle power, and static & dynamic balance in NCAA division II men and women’s basketball players.”  Pamela comes with 7 years of experience in rehabilitation and clinical population.

Prior to joining Princeton Longevity Center, Pamela was a Corrective Medical Exercise Specialist in a medically focused gym working one on one with clients to improve their overall health, well-being and strength and conditioning.  She specialized in designing and implementing programs based on low back pain, neck, arm & leg pain, cardiac, pulmonary, heart rate monitoring and weight loss.

When it comes to exercise, Pamela believes it’s a form of medicine.  She is extremely passionate about helping motivate people and change their lifestyles for better health. She has even motivated her PLC colleagues to try different workouts with her and commit to the programs. The Shelton PLC team now looks forward to daily workouts as a crew!

In her spare time when she’s not experimenting with new exercises she enjoys walking and hiking with her son and dog and enjoys her new passion of golf with her husband.

Sam Snyder, MS, CSCS

Exercise Physiologist - Fairfax, VA

Sam Snyder has a wide variety of experience in the health and wellness field. He received his Master’s Degree in Exercise Science from East Stroudsburg University where he focused on the clinical testing and lab-based research aspects of his field. Additionally, Sam is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, as well as a Certified Olympic Weightlifting Performance Coach through USA Weightlifting.

Prior to joining Princeton Longevity Center, Sam worked as a strength and conditioning coach at multiple colleges including Princeton University, Rutgers University, Bryant University, and the University of Rhode Island. He has experience training NCAA champions and Olympic medalists, collegiate athletes, youth athletes, and private sector personal training clients. During this time he was responsible for needs assessments, program design, nutritional guidance, and performance tracking of athletes and clients.

Sam received his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Rhode Island, where he was also a NCAA Championship qualifier and multiple record holder in the shot put and discus throw for the track and field team.

Andrew Goring, MA, CSCS, ACSM CEP

Exercise Physiologists- Princeton, NJ

Andrew Goring, MA, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association and an American College of Sports Medicine Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist.

Andrew received his Master’s in Exercise Science from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Montclair State University in New Jersey. He has also completed an Internship in Cardiac Rehabilitation at Jersey Shore University Medical Center.

As a former Health Fitness Expert with Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems, Andrew comes with unique insight into working with the busy professional to make fitness a part of their lives and not an obstacle. He enjoys working with his clients to set attainable fitness goals, promote behavior changes, maintain motivation, manage disease and prevent injury through safe exercise techniques. Andrew has interests in the field of strength and hypertrophy-specific training and his approach to exercise that is strongly influenced by movement analysis and corrective exercise.

Andrew is a sport’s enthusiast and devoted lifelong fan of the Cleveland Indians, and enjoys spending free time with family and friends.

Tom O'Connor

Tom O'Connnor MS, CSCS, NASM-CES, PES

Exercise Physiologists- Princeton, NJ

Tom O’Connor graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science and Sport Studies. He also received his Masters of Science Degree in Human Movement Science with a concentration in Corrective Exercise.

Tom is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is also a certified by the American Council on Exercise as a Clinical Exercise Specialist, Personal trainer, and a Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant. He also has advanced specialization in corrective exercise and performance enhancement from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Tom has received foundations of fitness training from Towns Sports International. He has intensive training in Golf Biomechanics from the Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology (C.H.E.K.) Institute.

Tom worked as an Exercise Physiologist in a Cardiac Rehabilitation Center in Trinitas Hospital in Northern New Jersey. He also monitored diabetes and hypertensive management programs in a hospital setting in Union county. He was an exercise specialist in the fitness setting where he performed personalized exercise prescriptions. He has also worked as a personal trainer at New York Sports Clubs and at In-Home settings.

Keith Burns

Keith Burns, MS, CSCS, NASM-CES, PES, CGFI

Exercise Physiologist- Princeton, NJ

Keith Burns is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelors of Science degree in Physical Education Studies and received his Masters of Science Degree in Human Movement Science with a concentration in Corrective Exercise from the Arizona School of Health Science, A.T. Still University in Mesa, AZ.

Keith brings to the Princeton Longevity Center over a decade of experience in the health and fitness field.

Keith is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He also has advanced specialization in corrective exercise and performance enhancement from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as having been trained by the Titleist Performance Institute as a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor.  In addition to his work at Princeton Longevity,  Keith also serves on the faculty at Georgian Court University teaching Kinesiology and Biomechanics in the Exercise Science Program.

Prior to joining Princeton Longevity, Keith has worked as a Strength & Conditioning coach at both the collegiate and professional level.  Professionally, he spent 4 years in Major League Baseball with the Chicago White Sox, Philadelphia Phillies, and Detroit Tigers organizations overseeing the athletic development of players within each organization.

On the collegiate level he has worked at the University of Richmond, Towson University, and Seton Hall University serving in a similar capacity for student-athletes from a variety of sports.  Additionally, Keith has held the position of Director of Training for two private sports performance companies overseeing all aspects of the business.

Chris Volgraf

Chris Volgraf CSCS, CGFI, HFI, CPT

Exercise Physiologist- Princeton, NJ

Chris Volgraf received his degree in Exercise Science from Temple University where he specialized in Exercise Testing & Prescription and Sports Specific Training.

Chris has been the Senior Exercise Physiologist since 2002 and is a founding member of the Princeton Longevity clinical staff.

He currently holds the National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, the Health/Fitness Instructor certification from the American College of Sports Medicine, as well as the National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer certification. Chris also received training in Program Design from the nationally recognized Cooper Clinic in Dallas, Texas. More recently, he has been trained to perform Gray Cook’s Functional Movement Screening and he has joined an elite group of Strength and Conditioning Specialists receiving the distinction of Titleist Performance Institute Certified Golf Fitness Instructor.

Chris has helped train youth, college, Olympic and professional athletes for the past 5 years. Chris has also served as a guest lecturer on the variety of career paths provided in the field of Exercise Science at Temple University for the past 3 years. In the past, Chris has worked with Aetna US Healthcare’s Corporate Fitness Division as an Exercise Physiologist and with MediFit Corporate Services as an Exercise Physiologist/Exercise Prescription and Program Design Coordinator for one of the nation’s largest utility companies

Kristin Eannotti, MS, ACSM-RCEP

Exercise Physiologist- Shelton, CT

Kristin Eannotti, M.S. is an ACSM Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist and ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist with seven years of experience in the clinical population.

Prior to joinging the Princeton Longevity Center Kristin was in La Jolla, CA at Scripps Center for Integrative Medicine.

Kristin received a Bachelor’s in Health Promotion and Exercise Science/Wellness Management from Western Connecticut State University and a Master’s in Exercise Science and Nutrition from Sacred Heart University. Kristin has experience working with a wide variety of populations through many different fitness domains. She has assisted in the organization of a successful childhood obesity program and started a group exercise program for a local hospital by teaching a variety of exercise classes to a wide range of populations.

Kristin worked in cardiac rehabilitation for several years and has found that exercise, along with a healthy diet, is the best form of medicine. She is extremely passionate about helping people achieve their goals and enjoys watching people thrive through making lifestyle changes to optimize their health.
