Mason Jar Tortellini-Spinach Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 (19 oz) bag frozen cheese tricolor or regular tortellini
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 8 tbsp Italian salad dressing
- 4 (32 oz) mason jars with lids
- 1 (8 oz) pkg mozzarella pearls
- ¼ c basil leaves, chopped
- 1 (5 oz) pkg baby spinach
Instructions:
- Bring a lg pot of water to a boil
- Cook the tortellini, then drain & rinse with cold water to cool
- Halve the cherry tomatoes
- Add 2 tbsp salad dressing to each jar
- Divide the mozzarella, basil, tortellini, tomatoes & spinach evenly among the jars in that order
- Seal each jar & refrigerate until needed
- Before eating, shake the jar to toss the salad
