Elevate your seafood game with this grilled honey chipotle salmon recipe. The succulent salmon filets are glazed with a delectable mixture of butter, honey, chipotle chili powder, and garlic, creating a harmonious balance of sweet and smoky flavors.   • In a large bowl, mix together butter, honey, chipotle chili powder, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt.
  • Season the salmon filets with salt.
  • In another bowl, toss the sliced zucchini, summer squash, and red onion with a little oil.
  • Lay out four pieces of foil and divide the vegetable mixture evenly among them.
  • Place a salmon filet next to the vegetables on each foil sheet and drizzle the chipotle sauce over the top.
  • Fold and seal the edges of the foil packets to create individual parcels.
  • Grill the packets, covered, until the salmon is cooked through, rotating them halfway through. This process takes approximately 11-14 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the grilled salmon with basil leaves, serve with lime wedges, and relish in the delightful flavors.
