Apple Pie Smoothie Recipe

Bust Your Apple Pie Craving with this Delicious Smoothie at Just 200 Calories per Serving!

Serves 2-4

  • 2 apples, cored and cubed
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp of apple pie spice (or ¾  tsp nutmeg, ¼ tsp of all spice, 1 tsp of cinnamon)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or cashew milk
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup plain low fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups of ice or 1 frozen banana (for added sweetness)

Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender. Sprinkle cinnamon on top for extra spice if desired. Enjoy!
