Your exam starts with a thorough review of your medical history, a complete physical exam, cardiac stress test, pulmonary function tests, coronary artery CT scan, Full Body CT Scan, bone densitometry, individualized fitness assessment and prescription, nutrition consultation and more.

Body Composition Analysis

The DEXA scan is the gold-standard for measuring body composition and visceral fat. By precisely measuring muscle and lean body mass, as well as percent body fat, we can individually tailor your fitness and nutritional program as well as identify risk factors for future illness.

Resting Metabolic Rate

Your Resting Metabolic Rate is a measure of how many calories you burn each day maintaining basic body functions. It represents the number of calories you would have to take in each day in order to stay at a constant weight. You can increase the number of calories you burn in a day by increasing your activity level. But, you can generally not decrease your calorie usage below your resting metabolic rate.

Knowing your Resting Metabolic Rate allows you to precisely determine how many calories per day you should eat and how much exercise is required to meet your weight loss goals.

Spectracell Micronutrient Vitamin Testing
